Guns and Ammo
Online Gun Auction Terms
All background checks on transfers will be conducted by our FFL dealer
$20.00 transfer fee per firearm. No transfers on barrels or uppers.
Long gun buyers must be at least 18 years old.
Handgun buyers must be at least 21 years old.
All firearm sales are subject to all federal and state firearm regulations
All out of state buyer regulations apply
Shipment of firearms across a state line requires a FFL licensed dealer. We have a perferred licensed dealer and all firearm shipments are performed with him.
Out of state handgun purchases must have handgun shipped to licensed FFL dealer in the state they have residency in.
All firearms not picked up in person at Seventh Deviation, LLC must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer.
All shipping & transfer fees and charges must be paid by the purchaser.
Shipping of firearms will be performed via FFL, buyers responsible for all shipping charges
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges - recommended to inspect before bidding.
Firearms will not be sold to bidders that do not comply with all requirements.
Firearms will not be sold outside the U.S.A.
Due to the changing legal requirements we prefer run the background checks via the FFL dealer.
An auctioneer is/was able to sell firearms as a part of an estate and the transfers would be treated as a private sale. Whether that continues remains to be seen.
Shipping Services
We offer shipping on items weighting less than 60 pounds.
We ship only USPS.
We ship only in envelope, small flat, medium flat and large flat box.
We reserve the right to not ship any item.
Insurance must be requested if desired.
All payments must be recieved and cleared before items will be shipped.
We invoice the actual shipping cost, plus a fee for packing and handling.
Tranfer of Items:
In some auctions we will offer transportation of items. If you wish to have an item shipped by freight, we have a preferred shipper.
If you elect to use our preferred shipper, we require that all payments have been cleared (including freight charges) and that we have proper verification of the shipment upon delivery.
Upon delivery, your representative of record must be present and authorized to sign for delivery. We will ask for proper identification.
If your representative of record is not present or unable to sign, the item WILL NOT be released and you are responsible for any additional charges.
If you elect to haul the item yourself or with another trucking service, there must be on record, a person or trucking service which we are authorized to release the item too. We will
require identification of the trucking service or individual. They will be required to sign the bill of lading and the item is considered recieved and in your possession at that signing.
Any damage to the item or loss during freight, is between you and the trucking service. Seventh Deviation offers no recourse for damages incurred during freight. Our preferred shipper,
is insured.
Generally, we attempt to help in the loading of most items. Please bring help for heavy items. Generally we hand heavy items by pallet. We do not perform the tie down on items you are shipping.
We do not supply packaging, pallets or tie downs. We can load pallets on trucks or flatbeds. On occassion there may be loading fees for heavy equipment or difficult items.
Please call ahead if you expect any difficulty in loading.
We offer shipping with a limited set of options. We can refuse to ship any item at our discretion. We ship only USPS.
We ship in Flat Rate boxes (small medium large).
Insurance must be requested if desired.
Seventh Deviation offers no recourse for damages incurred during shipping outside of postal insurance.
Pickup Policy and Abandonment
All auctions will attempt to state the pickup time and location.
Most auction items will be picked up at 100 South Garden, Ontario, WI, which is the intersection of Hwy 131 and Hwy 33.
On occasion the pickup location will be the site of the consignor, so please check auction details.
We do not provide boxes or packaging for items which are being picked up. We do not provide ropes or strapping.
We do assist with the loading of items. We provide a skid steer for palletized items.
Pickup of items is important. You will have two scheduled days to pick up after the auction ends.
Please notify us if you cannot pick up items on those scheduled days, we will try to arrange an alternate pick up day (Sunday normally).
Otherwise, if it is not dealt with , a late fee of $35 per item will be applied for each additional week each item is stored ($35 x each item) x week.
We are generally easy to deal with if an effort is shown.
Items that are past 4 weeks late become the property of Seventh Deviation, LLC and may at our discretion be put up for auction or disposed of .
Abandonment of an item does NOT release the buyer from payment. Seventh Deviation, LLC can attempt to resale the item. Any losses incurred due to buyer abandonment, storage fees, handling, and legal fees still must be paid by the buyer and are chargeable to the credit card on account.
If buyer fails to pay in full, buyer
(a) authorizes owner and/or auction company to resell such property at any time at public or private sale,
(b) agrees to indemnify owner and/or auction company against all loss or damage upon sale, together with cost and expenses thereof, including attorneys fees allowed by law, if any and
(c) agrees to pay auction company interest of 1.5% per month on unpaid balance. Buyer accepts full responsibility for all purchases made and holds the company free from any liabilities including theft of items. The bidder is bound by these terms.
